These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by AI Voice Agency ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website at aivoiceagency.ai and our AI voice agent services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AI Voice Agency provides custom-built AI voice agents for businesses, including 24/7 call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, and call routing. The specific scope of services will be defined in your service agreement or onboarding intake.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To receive services, you must complete our onboarding intake and pay any applicable setup fees. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to shane@aivoiceagency.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable laws, including state and federal call recording notification requirements. AI Voice Agency provides standard disclosure prompts; you are responsible for verifying compliance in your jurisdiction.
All scripts, workflows, agent configurations, and proprietary systems developed by AI Voice Agency remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of your business data and call recordings.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Voice Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes (such as leads generated or calls answered).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Voice Agency and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued service poses legal or reputational risk to AI Voice Agency.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
